For our anniversary, should I get my husband a sattelite radio or a wedding band to replace his broken one?

He is a huge music lover and we recently had a rental car with an XM radio in it and he loved it. However, he is very active in coaching sports and works with children every day. He has lost the diamonds out of his ring. We decided to replace his with a more durable, affordable one (titanium) and keep his actual wedding ring as a keepsake. I know he’s really anxious to get the replacement. What would be a better gift? This will be our first anniversary.
